Greetings to everyone who loves travelling! Greetings to those who actively participate in this action, and also to those who only now is planning to start a tour around their country or neighbouring country.
The Great Baltic Tour, which has developed as a new movement in order to encourage everyone to visit different places of the Baltic States, has started a new tradition. The organizers of the action “The Great Baltic Tour” have carried out a small intermediary lot in a halfway of the action, in order to encourage people to travel and visit interesting places more and more, and to step over the doorstep of their homes, and to get acquainted to our closest neighbours Lithuanians and Estonians.

The Great Baltic Travel informs that the lot was carried out under the legislation of Lithuania on July 15.
The Great Baltic Travel 2009 is a project organized by Lithuanian State Department of Tourism, Latvian Tourism Development Agency and Estonian Tourism Agency. Within the framework of this project the participants of the tour are offered to visit totally 30 tourism objects – ten in each of the Baltic States.
