Ryanair celebrates first Riga Leeds (Bradford) flight

Ryanair, the world’s favourite airline, 2nd November marked two special milestones at Riga airport when it celebrated the inaugural flight between Riga and Leeds (Bradford) and its 7th anniversary at the airport. A gorgeous cake was offered to all passengers departing on the very first Leeds flight to mark these two occasions. Ryanair’s new service between Riga and Leeds will operate two times per week on Wednesdays and Sundays. Ryanair currently has 16 routes on sale to/from Riga airport.

To celebrate this new Riga-Leeds route, Ryanair launched seat sale with seats from 7.10LVL for travel accross 1,000 European routes in late November and early December. These “all in” low fares must be booked on www.ryanair.com before midnight Thursday 3rd of November.

Speaking at Riga airport, Ryanair’s Baltic Sales and Marketing Executive Elina Hakkarainen said:

The booking forecast for this new route looks very promising and clearly shows that our Latvian passengers appreciate Ryanair’s lowest fares.”
