After being temporarily closed, Radisson Blu Elizabete hotel has re-open its doors on 01 July 2020.
To ensure the health, safety and security of its guests, team members, and business partners, the hotel has implemented Radisson Hotel Group's 'Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol' - a new program of in-depth cleanliness and disinfection procedures. "The hospitality industry has changed rapidly in recent months and continues to do so. Such hotel pre-crisis characteristics as 'location', 'design' or 'price' are of course still important, but safety, security and cleanliness definitely comes first. Equally crucial is the ability to adapt to a variety of unpredictable situations, while maintaining a high level of service." comments Niklas Jonsson, General Manager at Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel.
The new Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol guidelines include hand sanitizing stations at all entrances, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and protective screens, enhanced and recorded cleaning and disinfection frequency, social distancing in all areas of its hotels, including in the Meeting & Event facilities, training in local, Centers for Disease Control, or World Health Organization recommendations and health guidelines, reiteration of food safety standards and comprehensive staff training.
This in-depth cleanliness and disinfection protocol is created in partnership with SGS, the world's leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company.
SGS is the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company, recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity. With more than 94,000 employees, SGS operates a network of over 2,600 offices and laboratories around the world.
