HELPDESK AND TRAINING SPECIALIST |
Job description, tasks |
· Provide prompt telephone/email/chat assistance and resolution of problems to subscribers for functional (and sometimes a bit technical) issues relating to all Travelport/Galileo products, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity
· Deliver training courses in a professional manner and as per supervisor’s guidelines in order to ensure customer satisfaction, increase segment production and reduce calls to helpdesk
· From time to time do customer visits to provide brief help, demo/training & consultation on-site |
Requirements |
· fluent Latvian, Russian & English language
