According to him, ticket booking on http://www.flylal.com/ field for business gives extra guarantee to passengers: if a flight is delayed because of weather conditions or technical faults, and a passenger misses his/her connecting flight in transit airports, flyLAL undertakes an obligation to take care of the passenger and find a seat for him/her on other flights without any extra charge.
