Estonia’s first street food restaurant Foody Allen opened its doors in Telliskivi Creative Hub, in the new Vaba Lava theatre building and promises to serve delicious street food for an affordable price.
"Street food is a rising trend in the world and that is what inspires me," says Foody Allen head chef Koit Uustalu. Foody Allen’s menu offers tastes from around the world. So as to not bore clients or the cooks, something new will be added to menu every month.

The new restaurant fits up to 130 patrons, the prices will range from 5 to 12 euros. Working under the same roof as a theatre also influences Foody Allen: they will aspire to add something to the menu to coincide with each theatre piece being performed. The bar is to have an extensive wine card and a wide selection of craft beers. However, the development of Absinthe culture is taken as a personal mission.
