Michelin Guide-listed Stage22 Bar & Restaurant presents a reimagined Asian fusion menu curated by Björn Juhnke, Food & Beverage Director, and his internationally experienced team.
The menu guarantees freshness with clean, straightforward ingredients. It blends contemporary creativity with the timeless Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi — the spirit of wholehearted hospitality and the anticipation of guests’ needs. Available for both lunch and dinner, the menu is served at the signature Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga rooftop.
Stage22 Bar & Restaurant introduces an alternative to the standard three-course dining menu. Most of the dishes are designed to be shared, allowing guests to combine dishes to create their own bespoke dining journey. A handful of creations, however, are considered ‘Too Good to Share’. The product-driven menu features several exceptional highlights, such as authentic Japanese wagyu beef, Icelandic sea urchin nigiri, hand-dived scallops from the Norwegian coast and open-fire kushiyaki skewers.
