Event of launching Mottra Caviar Club takes place in the Embassy of Latvia

On 12 January event of launching Mottra Caviar Club takes place in the Embassy of Latvia. The Club is organised by MOTTRA Ltd and Mark Hix, a restaurant owner, celebrity chef and food writer and is supported by Laurent-Perrier. The aim of the Club is to promote awareness about the ethical, sustainable and guilt free caviar produced without harm to the fish.

Latvian company MOTTRA Ltd is the purveyor of exceptional quality farmed sturgeon caviar farmed in Latvia. Established in 2002 by a group of caviar experts, MOTTRA combines a new environmental and scientific approach of sturgeon breeding and caviar extraction resulting in the production of the purest CITES certified caviar. The UK, along with Sweden, France, Poland, the Netherlands, and Germany are biggest markets for the world's only truly sustainable Mottra Caviar. In UK it is available in Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Ocado, La Fromagerie on Marylebone High Street, L’Anima, Belvedere, Wright Brothers Soho and, of course, in the Hix restaurants.
