restaurants and cafes welcome everyone to taste special dishes of the VIII
Restaurant Decade that is held from 10th to 20th March, 2019. The topic of the
Restaurant Decade is “Spring notes”.
Spring is
the season everybody awaits. It comes with a great change in nature and humans.
Rich color and spring accents dominate in offered dishes.

Gourmets Decade’s participants are Daugavpils city and district restaurants and
cafes: “ART HUB” and “IRISH DUBLIN PUB” restaurants, “Vēsma” gastro bar,
“Orange Bowling & Pica Да!”, “Plaza”
restaurant, “Silenes Terases”, “Tex Mex” Mexican restaurant and “Sventes muiža” welcome
visitors to try new dishes that have not been offered before.
To know
the offered cuisine read the digital brochure “Spring Gourmet Decade in
Daugavpils”. Brochure includes information about the most important culture
events that will take place in Daugavpils. The electronic version of the
brochure is available at the social network pages of the participants and at
the pages www.visitdaugavpils.lv and www.daugavpils.lv.
The
purpose of the Gourmet Decade is to interest people to have a meal outside and
to get to know different types of cuisine. It’s organised by the “HORECA
SADARBENCE” association – the cooperation in a competitive environment. Spring
Gourmet Decade is supported by Daugavpils City Council and Daugavpils Tourist
Information Centre.
