Don't miss it! Already in this weekend – «Open days in the countryside!»

On the August 22nd and 23rd, in all regions of Latvia, with specially prepared programs, tastings, discounts for the purchase of products and other specially prepared offers, rural goods are waiting for visitors - home producers, craftsmen, accommodation, bathers, beekeepers, plant growers, large rural farms, castles and manors, amusement parks, country pubs and restaurants, nature trails and many others.

How to get to Open days farms?

Planning!

The whole offer together with the contact information and the map of the participants in this event, is summarized on the event website www.celotajs.lv/atvertasdienas.

The hosts are waiting for visitors in all regions of the Latvia - Kurzeme, Vidzeme, Zemgale, Sēlija, Latgale and Pierīga!

An event map for travel planning is still available at Tourist information centers and gas stadions "Circle K" throughout Latvia.

It is highly recommended to plan a trip for one or two days in advance with farm visits, dining places and accommodation. On average, a visit to one farm lasts 1-2 hours.

Applying!

Once the route is planned, visits must be booked with the hosts. This will help the hosts to devote more time and attention to each guest. It should be noted that several farms have fixed tasting or tour times this year and a limited number of participants for safety reasons.

Let's go!

It is recommended to bring cash to buy rural goods, as small businesses or home producers may not be able to pay with payment cards. If there are any other plans or delays during the trip, please contact the hosts and warn them of the change.

Have fun and enjoy the benefits of the countryside, have a successful trip!

"Open days in the countryside" is organized by the Latvian Rural Tourism Association "Lauku ceļotājs", supported by the Ministry of Agriculture. In cooperation with JSC "Latvian State Forests" and "Circle K Latvia".
