Marking the opening of the tourist season and 21st anniversary of the Riga Motor Museum, new and unique exhibit is on display for the visitors – small cargo van “Moskvitch 401 – 422” or “The Woody Moskvitch”.
The presentation for the representatives of mass media and visitors starts at 14:00 on April 27, 2010. Director of the Museum Mr. Aivars Aksenoks and the conservator Mr. Gunārs Dortāns will tell about the process of the restorer of „The woody Moskvitch”.

This is one of the three „Moskvitch” cargo vans which are fully reconstructed. The two other models are displayed in Moscow. This particular exhibit shows abilities of the experts of the Museum to fully reconstruct historic vehicles and also consult others having similar interests.
