airBaltic launched Riga – Aalborg, Denmark

The Latvian airline airBaltic launched a new route between Riga and Aalborg, Denmark, on April 18, 2015. The new route offers convenient travel between the two cities, and beyond to destinations in the Baltics, Europe, Scandinavia, CIS and the Middle East.

Christophe Viatte, Chief Commercial Officer of airBaltic: “Aalborg is our third destination in Denmark. The route complements our existing services from Copenhagen and Billund to Riga, offering convenient connections to the Latvian capital and onwards.”

airBaltic flies from Riga to Aalborg once a week on Saturdays, and from Aalborg to Riga on Sundays using Boeing 737-300 aircraft. The flight lasts 1 hour 40 minutes. The price of a one-way ticket starts at EUR 69, including airport fees and transaction costs.
