On March 18, 2021, the annual Best Employer award ceremony took place following a nationwide survey carried out by the recruitment agency CV-Online Latvia. During the ceremony, the Latvian airline airBaltic was recognized as the best employer in the transport and logistics sector for the tenth year in a row.
Alīna Roščina, VP Human Resources of airBaltic: “Last year we saw the toughest crisis in the aviation history that brought along many challenges for us as an employer. Recognition of airBaltic among the top employers is a proof that we were right to focus on open communication, social responsibility and transparency in decision making during the crisis, and it has been appreciated also by our employees. We are looking towards the future with confidence that soon we will return to growth, inviting back former colleagues with whom we unfortunately had to part last year, and also recruiting new talents. We thank you for your loyalty!”
