«airBaltic» Offers Over 60 Destinations from Riga This Summer Season

The Latvian airline airBaltic announces that this summer season, it will offer more than 60 direct destinations from Riga to various destinations across Europe and beyond, providing travelers with options for leisure, business, and onward connectivity. Among the most popular destinations this summer season are Alicante, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, and Paris.

Furthermore, this summer season, airBaltic will also offer direct flights from Riga to Dubai, Munich, Prague, Stockholm, Vienna and more. After analyzing booking trends, passenger demand, and seasonal travel preferences, the airline has observed strong demand for sunny leisure destinations and city getaways this summer, along with growing demand for business travel to and from Riga.

Martin Gauss, President and CEO of airBaltic: “airBaltic is the connectivity backbone for Latvia, and our goal is to provide diverse travel opportunities and seamless connections between the country and the rest of the world. Demand for our services and passenger numbers continues to grow each month, strengthening our position as the leading airline in the Baltics. Additionally, the connectivity airBaltic provides to and from Riga enhances global accessibility, fostering growth in inbound tourism and international business travel.”

“This summer, we will increase flight frequencies on several popular routes from Riga, further expanding our market share,” added Gauss.

Experiencing growing demand for its services, airBaltic will increase flight frequencies this summer season on eight existing routes from Riga – to Alicante, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Istanbul, Porto, Chisinau, Tallinn, and Tampere.

Recently, airBaltic announced a significant increase in flights connecting Riga with Amsterdam. During the summer season, the airline will operate three daily flights between the two cities, providing customers with seamless connectivity to the capital of the Netherlands and a wide range of onward connection options through one of the largest airport hubs in Europe.

The airline offers both Economy and Business Class on all its flights. Business Class passengers can enjoy a comprehensive full-service package, including priority check-in and boarding, a front-of-cabin seat with a free seat for added privacy, a gourmet meal perfectly paired with a curated selection of premium beverages, and quicker disembarking upon arrival. Throughout the flight, a dedicated Business Class cabin crew ensures exceptional service.
airBaltic is the first European airline to provide free SpaceX Starlink high-speed internet on its flights and plans to equip its entire Airbus A220-300 fleet with the service by the end of the year.

airBaltic operates nearly 130 routes from Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius, Tampere, and, seasonally, Gran Canaria, offering connections to a wide range of destinations in the airline's route network in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Caucasus region.
