Tallinn Airport named Estonia most prestigious employer

According to the results of Kantar Emor’s 2025 Employer Reputation Survey, AS Tallinn Airport has risen to become the most reputable employer in Estonia. 49% of salaried employees would consider working for the company, with respondents rating the variety of work at the airport as its main strength.

“Both salaried employees and students who said they would consider working at the company mentioned in their spontaneous responses that the work there seems interesting and varied. The company’s recognition, reliability, and good reputation were also frequently mentioned,” said Mari-Liis Eensalu, Employee Experience Lead Expert at Kantar Emor.

Other strengths attributed to the airport included job stability, the company’s success, and an engaging working environment.
“We’re proud to be seen as a good employer that offers stable and varied work. Our company values are openness, reliability, and care — and together we foster and maintain a friendly working environment,” said Riivo Tuvike, Chairman of the Management Board of AS Tallinn Airport. “Every employee at the airport contributes to ensuring that Estonia remains connected to the world,” Tuvike added.

Tallinn Airport outperformed its closest competitor, Enefit (Eesti Energia), by three percentage points. The airport is seen as equally attractive across most salaried employee target groups, being highly rated by both older and younger respondents alike.

Among students, Tallinn Airport ranks 9th, indicating room to strengthen its position among young professionals. “We will continue our efforts to appeal to young people who are about to enter the labour market. We especially need to raise awareness among IT students and those studying natural and exact sciences, who may not yet realise just how many career opportunities the airport has to offer,” Tuvike said.

Background of the survey

Kantar Emor has conducted its Employer Reputation Survey for the 20th time. In March and April 2025, the survey included responses from 1,695 salaried employees and 785 university students. The results confirm that employers with a strong reputation are more successful in business and have the advantage of being able to select the best talent. The survey also includes a ranking of Estonia’s most reputable employers.
