airBaltic Takes Part in «Shadow Days 2012»

Latvian national airline airBaltic, which has been selected as the Top Employer by job seekers, is taking part in the Shadow Day 2012 on February 15. airBaltic invites young talents to team up for a day with professionals such as pilots, flight attendants, the president and others.

Latvian national airline airBaltic has been selected as the Top Employer in 2011 in a nationwide survey by career and recruitment consultancy CV-Online. For the second year in a row, airBaltic is recognised as the top employer in Latvia, and has consistently been among the top companies for the past five years. The previous nationwide surveys consistently ranked airBaltic among Top 3 Employers since 2007 (Top 1 Employer in 2010, Top 2 Employer in 2009, Top 3 Employer in 2008 and 2007).

Last year, airBaltic received 1000 applications making airBaltic the highest-ranking company in the history of this project.

airBaltic currently employs over 1200 professionals. The staff of the airline represents almost 30 nations.

airBaltic serves over 60 destinations from its home base in Riga, Latvia. From every one of these, airBaltic offers convenient connections via North Hub Riga to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, CIS and the Middle East.
