In July, Latvian national airline airBaltic will start offering more Economy and Basic class seats to popular leisure destinations on the Mediterranean and Black Sea coast, as well as on shorter regional flights due to customer demand. Thus airBaltic customers will have almost half a million additional seats available annually to destinations like Barcelona, Athens, Dublin, Istanbul, Odessa, Simferopol, Dublin, Tel Aviv and others.
Michael Grimme, Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing of airBaltic: “Our customers have always had high demand for our popular leisure destinations in Europe, Middle East and the CIS. To make more seats available for our customers to destinations such as Barcelona, Athens, Dublin, Istanbul, Odessa, Simferopol, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and others, while flying the same aircraft, we took a very close look at the proportion of economy and business class seats on offer. We have very carefully adjusted our Business class and its conditions on twenty popular routes, to make almost half a million additional seats available for Economy and Basic class travelers at affordable prices.”
Additional Economy and Basic class seats are introduced, and Business class conditions are revised, starting from July on the flights between Riga and Athens, Barcelona, Dublin, Istanbul, Odessa, Simferopol, Tel Aviv, Helsinki, Lappenranta, Palanga, Turku, Tallinn, Vilnius, Kaunas, Tampere, Vaasa, Bergen, Billund, Aalesund and Stavanger.
