Latvian airline airBaltic is the first brand of the Baltic region to reach 100 000 Facebook followers. To celebrate such an achievement, airBaltic used an unmanned drone to deliver free flight tickets to Facebook fans.

Elīna Prāve, Vice President Marketing of airBaltic: “We are happy to be the most popular Baltic brand in Facebook. airBaltic is one of the TOP 10 airline innovators globally and we are always seeking new ways to embrace our customers. Furthermore, our followers represent a critical customer group who buy travel-related services online and on mobile devices.”
