Lithuania: Gastronomy conference - Baltic Gastro Summit

BALTIC GASTRO SUMMIT Conference – an intellectual yet fun and enriching look into the world of gastronomy.

Taking place in May 6-7, 2025, this event will offer a fresh perspective on gastronomy for industry professionals, enthusiasts, and seasoned tasters alike.

✔ 16 hours of unique, inspiring content;
✔ 14 speakers from around the world.

This year, we are honored to welcome world-renowned chefs, scientists, and food critics to Lithuania. Among them - Arielle Johnson, a leading food scientist from New York, listed among the world’s top 50 most influential people shaping the future of gastronomy. Her pioneering work as Head of Science at the legendary Noma restaurant is considered groundbreaking. We will also welcome Matthew Orlando from Copenhagen, whose driving force is sustainability and zero waste philosophy.
