Worldwide illusionist competition Olybet MagicMania will take place in Riga for the first tim.

On 9 October 2015, at 19:30, competition between the best illusionists will take place in the premises of Olympic Voodoo Casino, gathering 10 participants from 8 countries.

For the first time so close to viewers…

After successful performances in theaters in China, illusionists Pecolli have decided to delight Latvian viewers with a unique event – worldwide illusionist competition Olybet MagicMania. The competition will take place in Olympic Voodoo Casino, Elizabetes street 55, at 19:30.

12 wonderful illusionists from 10 countries will compete in 2 categories – stage tricks and close-up tricks. Illusionists Pecolli have made a careful selection to invite one of the most talented illusionists to Latvia. Professional skills were not the only factors in selection, originality was also an important factor. For example, illusionist from Italy will turn smaller and smaller during his performance, however illusionist from Belgium will become a DJ and will make unbelievable manipulations with CDs. Contestant from Russia will surprise with popular fast costume transformation tricks. Latvia will be also represented in the competition.

This event is unique also because the entrance ticket is only a smile and password Olybet MagicMania. While illusionists, who will win the first place in each category with their talent and skills, will receive a 1500€ prize for professional development. Second place winners will receive a 500€ prize in each category.

One of the jury members will be extravagant Ieva Adamss.

Illusionists Pecolli have promised several surprises during the evening - Olybet MagicMania visitors will have an exclusive chance to take photos with the official Sean Connery lookalike Nick Richmond from England, as well as enjoy the magic fascination of virtuoso Joachim Solberg from Denmark. He is a frequent guest on Danish television, he can brilliantly manipulate not only with objects, but also with people's minds.
