This September Air Lituanica is to Launch Flights from Vilnius to Prague and Munich

From the 20th of September Air Lituanica passengers, already offered three regular direct routes operated by the carrier, will be able to conveniently reach Prague and, for the 21st of the same month – Munich. Both new routes will be served with the second Air Lituanica aircraft Embraer 175. The 86-seater is being leased from the manufacturer’s subsidiary ECC Leasing.

Up till now all the Air Lituanica flights have been carried out in cooperation with the Estonian provider Estonian Air, the owner of the leased aircraft Embraer 170. The newly introduced routes will be served with the Air Lituanica flight numbers and company IATA code LT.

The return flights from Vilnius to Munich will be carried out three times per week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The aircraft will take off from the Vilnius International Airport at 9:50 AM and leave Munich on its way back at 12:10 PM. A single flight will last for 2 hours. Munich is the second Air Lituanica served destination in Germany. The company has been operating direct flights to Berlin since the 5th of August.

Direct to flights to the Vaclav Havel Airport Prague will be carried out four times per week: on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The aircraft will take off from Vilnius at 9:45 AM and a one-way flight will take 1 hour 40 minutes.
