airBaltic Improves its Product to Personalise Travel

As of 1 October 2013, Latvian airline airBaltic has improved its five ticket types to offer more personalised and convenient travel for customers, based on individual needs.

Michael Grimme, Chief Commercial Officer: “airBaltic offers multiple a la carte products to travellers from flights, to meals onboard, advance seat reservation, checked-in baggage service, travel date and time change, and many more. More than a year ago, we simplified our offering and grouped these products under five ticket types, so that customers can choose more personalised travel with airBaltic. Considering our customer feedback, we are making further improvements to our service. We now offer Business class service througout our network, including shorter regional flights. Furthermore, we have improved our all-inclusive flexible tickets to offer a better Business Elite and Economy Elite service.

Each of the five airBaltic ticket types – Basic, Economy Smart, Economy Elite, Business Smart, Business Elite – include a gradually increasing amount of service. The Basic ticket secures the lowest price for budget travellers, and extra services can be purchased at www.airBaltic.com Economy Smart tickets include more services, such as a checked-in bag free of charge. airBaltic’s revitalised Economy Elite allows adjusting travel plans without limitations, full ticket refund at any time, and an Elite meal; Economy Elite ticket is tailored for business travellers who, for one reason or another, are restricted to fly in Business Elite or Business Smart class. Business tickets offer premium service at the airport, lounges and on-board. Business Elite tickets offer full flexibility and premium services throughout the journey. airBaltic offers the best ticket prices and a full list of ticket conditions at www.airBaltic.com
