We asked the hotel’s marketing manager, Ingrid Sepal, to talk a bit more about the changes:
Over the past few years, our hotel has become a frequent stop for many digital nomads, and in response to the changing work culture, we are embracing the needs of the new generation of remote workers.
The goal of the hotel’s new concept is to offer not just accommodation but also a dynamic environment tailored for both relaxation and remote work. The new concept is designed with the needs of the modern, demanding traveler in mind, focusing on innovation, versatility, connectivity, and sustainability to provide a memorable guest experience. Naturally, the hotel is still well-suited for city or family vacations.
What’s new?
The biggest change has been in the lobby, which now features several cozy seating areas and a co-working space with fast Wi-Fi. Together, they create an excellent environment for remote work, combining efficiency with the comfort of a vacation.
The new 24/7 self-service deli corner is ideal for grabbing a quick lunch or a late-night snack. The deli corner offers a wide selection of larger and smaller meals, with something to suit every taste. There are also options for vegetarians and guests with food intolerances. The menu is updated weekly, and hot drinks and fresh juices/smoothies are always available.
In addition, guests have the option to use contactless check-in and check-out, requiring only a smartphone. This allows guests to avoid waiting in lines for check-in and check-out and make better use of their vacation time.
We are also committed to sustainability. Guests can feel good about staying with us because we prioritise environmentally friendly practices. We are applying for Green Key certification, which we expect to receive before the end of the year. All hotel departments have created a unified development plan supporting sustainable activities, working together toward its fulfillment.
And finally, our guests can start their day with a revamped, rich breakfast where the focus is on local and fresh ingredients. Our head chef has added several dishes with traditional Estonian flavours, marked with corresponding labels on the breakfast counters.
