As from today Estonian Air ticket offices, call center and online booking environment provide e-tickets instead of paper tickets. Travel agencies will start issuing e-tickets to all Estonian Air flights within two weeks. Travellers are required to check in with travel document and a paper ticket or e-ticket purchase confirmation.
“Moving over to e-ticket is a historical moment for Estonian Air. Together with our brand new web page with improved booking opportunities, these enhancements mean significantly improved customer convenience when booking and travelling with Estonian Air,” says Peter Arvidsson, Vice President Commercial of Estonian Air.
The passengers who have made their booking before 3May, and already have collected paper tickets, are reminded to bring the paper tickets upon their flight departure. If not, a duplicate ticket must be issued at the expense of the customer.
Customers that have made their booking before 3 May, and still have not picked up the ticket or received an e-ticket confirmation e-mail, need to pick up the paper tickets prior to departure.
The new Estonian Air web page has also been launched yesterday, see www.estonian-air.ee. The new web page has new features such as e-ticket, Estonian Air blog and a new booking engine allowing customers to book flights with Estonian Air and its partners like SAS, Wideroe, Blue 1 and Spanair. During the month of May more airlines will be added.

Estonian Air will continue to modernize and develop the customer service during the coming months. In the summer internet check-in and the self-service check-in kiosks will be introduced.
