BalticMiles Among Top Trendsetters Globally, Offers Privileges at Sports Events

The multi-partner loyalty programme BalticMiles launched its BalticMiles zone in Arena Riga a month ago to provide extra privileges, service and exclusive offers for the members of BalticMiles. This move was identified by independent airline trends analysts at airlinetrends.com as an innovative trend in the world and “part of new breed of perks and privileges that are added to brands’ regular offerings”.

Gabi Kool, Chief Executive Officer of BalticMiles: „With this launch of BalticMiles zone in Arena Riga we have the opportunity to strengthen the connection with the members of BalticMiles who are hockey and sports fans. It is a benefit to both our members and Arena Riga, and we want to replicate this success also in Estonia and Lithuania. We are currently evaluating potential sports venue partners in the Baltic region.”

The analysts of airlinetrends.com spotted the new trend at airBaltic’s loyalty programme BalticsMiles and described it along with similar initiatives by Delta airlines, Brazil’s TAM Airlines and Air France-KLM.
