The leading international carrier line in the Baltic region – Ecolines – will be implementing a new service quality mark called Comfort+, starting August 1. This will ensure that Ecolines passengers are provided with all the available amenities.
Head of Ecolines Andris Podgornijs claims that passengers are actively using all of the extras both in long and short bus trips, such as free drinks, wireless internet and other. The latest addition to these services are multimedia screens.

Those who have purchaced Comfort+ tickets will now be able to enjoy all of the previous services, as well as a range of new ones – free coffee and tea, wireless internet and multimedia screens, which are especially useful for those traveling with children. The bus will also provide for 220-volt chargers for every passenger, ergonomically designed seats and other amenities which entails air-conditioning.
Starting August 1, Comfort+ service will be available for 100% of the passages heading out twice a day (from Riga at 14.15 and 02.30) on the Tallin-Riga-Vilnius route, and will gradually appear on other routes as well.
