At the beginning of November, the Bastion of Vilnius Defense Wall,
which was renovated for about six years, opened its doors. In the Middle
Ages it was the building serving defensive purpose. At the end of the
2th century – Arsenal Museum. And now the spaces of the defensive
building can be visited, where temporarily works of Lithuanian artists
are exhibited.
From 5 November, the main exposition of the 3rd Quadrennial 2014
(Q14) of Lithuanian contemporary art is exhibited in the Bastion of
Vilnius, for more information on the event see: www.q14.lt.
