The Latvian airline airBaltic has been awarded a Gold medal in ISPY 2016 for the
quality of its cabin service. ISPY (Inflight Sales Person of the Year)
competition is held annually in the United Kingdom with professionals
participating from airlines around the world.

Inutins received Gold medals in ISPY 2016 under category “Sales as a Service”.
This year, globally recognized airlines were considered for the awards,
including Air Canada, Air Asia, Finnair,
Hongkong Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Vueling,
Wizzair and others. This year ISPY competition was celebrating their 15th
birthday and invited airlines to send their best selling cabin crew to compete.
