The Latvian national airline airBaltic is proud to announce that the membership penetration rate of the airBaltic Club loyalty program has experienced an impressive growth during the first two months of 2024, reaching nearly 25%. This indicates that, out of the total 566 000 airBaltic passengers in January and February, approximately 68 000 each month were airBaltic Club members, achieving a record high. Consequently, the number of loyalty program members continues to climb, both in absolute numbers and as a proportion of the total passenger count.
Māris Rudens, Head of Loyalty and Partnerships of airBaltic: “New year marks a new milestone for the airBaltic Club – with a membership penetration rate nearing 25%, we not only celebrate this achievement but also the trust and value our passengers place in us. This record-high membership confirms our dedication to enhancing the passenger experience. Moreover, having surpassed one million members, we are now aiming for 1.3 million in 2024. The airBaltic Club continues to evolve, offering more opportunities to earn and redeem loyalty points, reaffirming our commitment to improving travel experiences.”
We appreciate your trust, and as we have more new ideas to implement in the airBaltic Club, we hope that they will both continue to attract an increasing number of new users and bring satisfaction to already existing ones,” Rudens added.

Each month, the loyalty program is joined by around 30 000 new members, and 150 000 people use the mobile app on a monthly basis.
