The Climate Museum was opened in Biršton

How does it feel to be in 50°C heat? Will farming move to space? Klaipėda under water — a gloomy forecast or an inevitable future? These and similar questions are answered by the only such mobile Climate Museum in the Baltic States.

Installed in four colorful sea containers, the museum travels through 16 Lithuanian cities. In each city, residents are invited to sign up for free, interactive tours where visitors can see, touch and understand climate change. The museum will present 4 main topics: the causes and effects of climate change, the main points of the EU Green Course in the Baltic States, the importance of nature in the life of a modern person and sustainable changes that we can easily make every day. There are two ways to register for a free excursion: for individuals, families and groups of friends, or as a team — with classmates or colleagues.

The fourteenth stop of the museum — Birštonas, Vytautas Park. Opening of the museum on the 30th at 3:00 p.m. The museum in Biršton will be open until September 4, and we will also be part of the discussion festival "Būtent". You can find the entire route of the museum on the website of the Climate Museum https://klimatomuziejus.lt .
