«airBaltic Club» Loyalty Program Achieves One Million Members

The Latvian airline airBaltic announces that its loyalty program, airBaltic Club, has achieved a significant milestone – one million members. 70% of them are from the Baltic Countries and Finland. Additionally, the number of mobile app downloads for airBaltic Club has surged, now boasting over half a million users.

Furthermore, each month, the loyalty program is joined by around 30 000 new members, and 150 000 people use the mobile app on a monthly basis.

Māris Rudens, Head of Loyalty and Partnerships of airBaltic: “We are constantly seeking new ways to enhance the attractiveness of the airBaltic Club loyalty program for its members. Therefore, we are delighted to see that our efforts are being recognized, with so many people actively benefiting from the program. Moreover, the increase in the number of new airBaltic Club members is also attributable to a recent innovation – the possibility to register profiles of children and young adults (2–16 years) within the loyalty program. This feature allows entire families to join in and accumulate points collectively within a dedicated Friends&Family account.”

“We appreciate your trust, and as we have more new ideas to implement in the airBaltic Club, we hope that they will both continue to attract an increasing number of new users and bring satisfaction to already existing ones,” Rudens added.

airBaltic Club is a loyalty program, where it is possible to earn loyalty points while travelling and receive various rewards. Members can earn points every time they fly airBaltic or use the services of other travel partners.

Overall, three membership levels exist. If you fly at least 30 one-way flights with airBaltic over the course of one year, you will reach the airBaltic Club Executive level. If you take at least 60 one-way flights within a year, you will earn airBaltic Club VIP status.
