Martin Gauss, President and CEO of airBaltic: “We are glad to extend our already existing, long-term codeshare partnership with British Airways by now adding our code to their new route from Riga. Such a partnership will allow both airBaltic and British Airways to offer more flexibility to their passengers on flights between Latvia and the United Kingdom, and beyond. We are looking forward to many more years of successful cooperation.”
2024 marks 10 years of codeshare partnership between the two airlines. In addition to airBaltic now placing its code on British Airways’ Riga-London Heathrow-Riga route, the flag carrier of the United Kingdom will continue placing its code (BA) on the airBaltic operated flights from Riga and Tallinn to London Gatwick.
