Several Michelin Guide restaurants will participate in the Riga Restaurant Week

One of the harbingers of spring in the culinary world — the Riga Restaurant Week — has returned to the capital, and from April 8 to 21, gourmets will have the opportunity to enjoy exceptional masterpieces of the culinary world. This spring, more than 50 restaurants will participate in the event, including a significant addition, of seven restaurants featured in the prestigious Michelin Guide at the end of last year. These Michelin Guide restaurants — LeDome, Chef's Corner, Ferma, 3 Pavāru restaurant "Tam labam būsa augt", Entresol, Whitehouse, JOHN, bring an unprecedented level of culinary excellence to the Riga Restaurant Week.

As usual, Restaurant Week's primary focus is on a menu specially prepared for this event, dominated by seasonal and fresh local products. Each visitor can enjoy a three-course meal in the price categories of 30, 35 and 40 euros. Several restaurants will also give their patrons a delicious compliment from the chef and offer the opportunity to match the drinks to the menu.

Fredis Bikovs, Director of the Riga Investment and Tourism Agency: "During two weeks, restaurants will have the opportunity to show their creativity and understanding of the nuances of compatible flavours, and visitors - to appreciate the mastery of culinary art. This restaurant week is extraordinary because, for the first time, we can say that Michelin Guide restaurants will participate in it, an unprecedented event in the history of Riga Restaurant Week.

This is an opportunity for every visitor to taste how diverse our food culture is and at the same time support restaurants even before the start of the active season".
