Vilnius passes title of European capital of culture

The year 2009 is ending. Vilnius passes title of European capital of culture to Pécs (Hungary), Istanbul (Turkey) and Essen (Germany). We send a lot of greetings to forthcoming European capitals of culture. We want to thank all citizens of Vilnius and all guests who visited events of program „Vilnius – European Capital Of Culture 2009" for your support, participation and beeing part of live city.
