Even though the official birthday of Kaunas is in May, some sources say it’s actually on February 14… So why not start the Love Day with a romantic walk by the sanctuary of Neris and Nemunas rivers, where, the legend says, Kaunas was born?..
A handful of hotels in Kaunas have special offers for mid-February. As we can’t travel to the seaside or other resorts, a short ‘staycation’ with a romantic twist seems like a kaunastic idea. Here goes.
