Starting from May 16, 2020 Shmakovka Museum opens its doors to visitors. In keeping with the restrictions and safety measures decreed by the government, Shmakovka Museum will accept up to 10 visitors per hour by appointment.
Visitors should keep 2m distance, pay close attention to floor marking and use hand sanitizers that are available at the museum. Organized groups should wear face masks during the tour.

Opening hours of Shmakovka Museum from May till September will be 11 am - 7 pm every day except Monday. Duration of a visit will be limited to 50 minutes. Tastings will not be available.
Visitors are asked to assess their health and postpone the visit in case of having any respiratory disease symptoms or implementing a self-isolation order.

Visitors of Shmakovka Museum can learn the process of shmakovka production with the help of the latest technologies, see genuine and impressive production equipment as well as learn more about Daugavpils and Latgale cultural history.
